It happened to me only once, 2-3 days ago.
I was using the same laptop, same browser.
When I was looking through the threads I usually don't read, and one member's avatar was not showing - there were two posts in the same thread and neither post show the avatar.
I forgot who it was, but because it was someone I didn't know (I mean I've never seen his name before) and it happened only once, so did not think about it until I read this thread...
I don't remember clearly, but only member's name was shown, no title (like ﾅｽqﾅｽﾃ敖、窶｢ﾂｽ窶督ｯﾂ、ﾂ皇窶伉ｾﾅｽq, etc), no avatar. I thought it was a member who was banned, but no, at least no information was shown.
