Tehai / uchiawase

Is there a difference in usage or nuance between:
tehai 手配
uchiawase 打ち合わせ
thank you if you can tell me

Those are completely different consepts, and therefore not interchangeable.
打ち合わせ is 'previous arrangement' as 'meeting'. You can't do it yourself alone.

In what context are you going to use the word?

uchiawase is a meeting, usually in prep for something bigger ahead.

tehai means to arrange.

I should quote the two examples which I read in a text and which use the English word "arrangement" in the translation. That is why I asked about the difference.
It is hard for me to understand the difference.
あの人ともう一度会って最終の打ち合わせをします。
会場の手配は問題はありませんか。

What were the English translations provided? I am skeptical that a translation using arrangement for your first sentence is a good one.

Arrangement/arrange

The translation for the first one is:
I will meet with him again and make the final arrangements
The second one is:
There are not any problems with the arrangements?

It's a specific definition of "arrangement", not all of them. 打ち合わせ requires a consultation, but 手配 doesn't.
