Perhaps 日本酒が大好き (nihonshu ga daisuki), nihonshu being what Westerners refer to as sake. Or, to keep the theme simple: 酒が好き (sake ga suki). Or what about 酒好き (sakezuki)? Sakezuki means as much as 'sake aficionado'. Please let us know what you'll be serving. We have a fast-growing sake section here, too. Sake Portal JREF Sake Reviews jref.com
