I searched a little bit and i found that kyoto university is one of the university that has astronomy for undergraduate . Ive searched there there are some scholarships like MEXT or JASSO . One more thing , i dont know japanese at all.
Can ayone help me and tell me where and how can i apply for them , or if there is another scholarship for foreing student ?
thnx everyone for replying

To be accepted by universities as undergraduate, you need to make the EJU (Entrance examination for Japanese Universities), which is done by the JASSO organisation. You can find more by googling for it.
I believe to be accepted you also need to be 21+ of age.

but can u give me something like a website where to look?
