Somebody help me please!!!

I am looking for this female artist. I can't remember her name or the name of her song, but I do remember the video and the song. It was a bizzare kind of Techno that involved some chicken noises at the start of the song. The video was very weird and had some skulls floating around at one point, and I am pretty sure the woman had a green top on and had pigtails in. If this sounds familiar to anybody, can you help me and tell me who this was and what video this was??? I also think the song was in English.

It sounds kinda familiar, but i can't remember either. I'll see wether i can find out what song it is^^
