nup nup, it still doesn't work for me. ;_;
I tried just typing in the URL, I tried uploading it, didn't care for either apparently.

Update: new style obsolete, deleted!


Alright, next step in the procedure checklist:

I have added a new new style called "vB3", it is the original vB style without bells and whistles ( = default style). I would like to ask all members who experience avatar problems to select that style and try

to upload

a. custom avatars (non-animated)
b. animated custom avatars

to change in "My Settings" (User CP) to

c. default avatars (non-animated)
d. default animated avatars.[/LIST]

Kindly report the results here.

Hallelujah, I think the problem is solved. I was able to upload an animated avatar to Frank's account through the Admin CP. This should be working regardless of which style you are using.

I *reckon* one more issue off the list...

Now I just need to upgrade to the newly released vB 3.5.2.... grrr.
