Maybe you can find an answer to the "upload failed" problem at this website.

I typed in "avatar" under search and there was a ton of info on how to fix problems; maybe the answer will be there?
I've got a bunch of great Xmas animated avatars just waiting to be used.

Thanks Frank, that was the first page I checked, however I haven't found any solution there. Furthermore, we can only apply for official support if the boards are unhacked which means we needed to uninstall all modifications first. My current workload does not allow for such an effort. I can only ask you for more patience.
