Good day,
I'm a Swiss citizen male living in Switzerland and I'm learning Japanese. So as to practice speaking too, I'm looking for Skype Japanese friends who could help me speaking Japanese and in exchange I can speak in German/French (mother tongue languages) or English/Italian (skilled). Thank you.

There are few native Japanese speakers on this forum. You'd be better off looking elsewhere, for example on the Skype forums themselves there's this thread in the Japanese language section:
