I really agree with you about the pictures, personally I think it's a dreadful photoshoot! ☝ I have no problem with them deciding not to do the 'VK look' any more, because it's their decision, entirely up to them and after all it's only clothes. But when all is said and done, they have a professional photographer for those shots (from a magazine); he or she ought to make them look good, I don't mean by wearing bright colours and loads of makeup, but just... oh man, the whole thing. The composition is awful! Even just getting them to stand in a slightly different way could have made the group pics look so much better.
And if they insist on choosing a murky grey background, please let's have some atmospheric pose to go with it!
And an enthusiastic look would be nice... If it's meant to look moody instead, it doesn't work.

I've got to admit I'm sad that Aki's piercings have gone, though; shallow as it sounds.
Not because I 'like the look' but simply because I think they suited
him - in the same way that I think my own piercing suits me, y'know, they just accentuate a certain feature or make your face look a bit better.
Maybe they'll think the same as me... "it's only clothes!" ::lightbulb:: and decide to do their next photoshoot without any :?
