Seeking Shoichi Adachi

Hello, I'm trying to locate a friend of my father who he had saved him from nearly drowning in Guam 1986. I found a post card with an address S32, W9 S32 Ground Hits 407:Minami-ku Sapporo, Japan. Please Please help me find him . I have news for him.

The address you have is slightly wrong (or maybe misspelled). It should be

Grand Heights
Minami 32, Jonishi 9
Minami-ku, Sapporo,
Japan

It's a big apartment block in Sapporo city. You can see it here Google Maps
Unfortunately, I can't see any evidence that Shoichi Adachi still lives there. If you know how to spell his name in Japanese characters it might help locate him.

Seems that is a very unlikely spelling for his name.

亜達 is a name that doesn't show up at all in the site 亜達さんの名字の由来 as a possible/plausible surname. This site says nobody in Japan has that surname.

粧宇市 would be a very, very unusual spelling for a given name, especially for a male. I think you must have some bad information regarding the spelling of this person's name.
Adachi is usually spelled 安達, or 足立, or 安立, or 阿達.
