Now, Kyous Elic san, you have asked a universe of a question there. I would sugguest that you at least be willing to wait another three years before you felt satisfied that you would have enough information about moving here, to actually move here. In otherwords, please do not expect so much, at any great speed.
For now, keep working on your Japanese. It will take a lot of effort, and that, in itself, will also help you gauge your 'sticking' ability--which will be needed if you would hope to stay here for any longer period of time. BUT please do try to come over here...everyone should at least once in their life.
As for learning Japanese, there is the fora on that, and if you were to attend classes there--so to speak--you can learn a lot. It would probably be good to get an actual text book of some sort too, and I'm sure you can find one on line, or in some local bookstore.
