Selling my old property for personal reasons (not commercial)

Senpai, Konnichiwa.

I have an old property which I bought in 1989 when it was newly built.
(around 800 metres square, located in central tokyo area, residential type)
For financial reasons I would like to sell my property. Are there any government regulations on sale of properties that were built in 1989 ? I wonder, what is the situation with many other properties in Tokyo which were built before 1989.
Can anyone share their experiences, provide suggestions, critique please ? :?

Just contact a real estate agent (窶｢s窶慊ｮﾅｽYﾆ竪ﾂーﾆ淡ﾆ巽ﾆ停?愴暖) in the area, or that has a branch office in the area of your property. To my knowledge there's nothing special about '89, before or after, that should make a difference.

When you say 800 meters square, do you mean 800 square meters? And is that land area (big for Tokyo), or floor space? (That's about 8000 square feet, have you got a small building?)
