Scroll painting signature

I own this Japanese scroll but I do not know the artist, era or school. It appears to be an original ink painting. I would appreciate any help, starting with a reading of the signature, please. Any information or opinions are welcome. Thank you!

The signature is 宗晃, for which there are multiple possible pronunciations. My guess is Muneaki.

With Mt. Fuji featuring so prominently, the artist should naturally be Japanese, and therefore the pronunciation should be a Japanese pronunciation. But artists sometimes use Chinese pronunciations, so I am not 100% confident

Note: the red seal also says 宗晃.
