Sakura Tamekuni - Searching for a past college friend

This will be a long shot, I am looking for a friend from college that went to Central Washington University USA around the year 2000. Her surname might be different now.

Sakura Tamekuni, went to Kyoto University and her parents lived near Hiroshima. A few of us college friends have reconnected and are searching for her with no success. Does anyone know her? I'll check this forum, if you know her also send me a direct message, please.

But I would suggest you get more details from central Washington university to see if the had an exchange program with Kyoto U - if they did they might have an exchange alumnus group or FB page.
