Travel ryugugake cottages iya valley/language barrier

Hello people,
Me and 2 friends of mine wanted to rent a cottage in iya valley at the Ryugugake Cottages.The problem is the faxnumber and the phonenumber on this site are wrong.

The phonenumber on there own site is probebly wright.
But here comes the second problem. I only speak english and dutch and they only speak japanees.
Does anyone know there wright faxnumber or maybe a e-mailadre?
Or can maybe anyone in anyway help us out with this problem.

They say phone number is 080-2981-6221 according to the same page with Japanese version.

I guess both Ryugugake Cottages and Rugyugake park are managed by Miyoshi city.
To supplement, "kankokyokai" means Tourism bureau.

It seems unusual that they would give a cell phone number....

OP: if you call them from outside Japan, don't dial the first zero.
