Retire in Okinawa?

need some advice...

visited okinawa recently n would really love to retire in okinawa...

the beautiful scenery, the frenly ppl not to mention the lovely diving.....

however, i know tat it's really difficult to migrate to japan.... how do i go abt doing it? i would love to plan ahead for my retirement....

i do not hv any relatives of japanese descent....

any advice?

Sorry to necropost, but I've been watching this guy's YouTube channel about buying a property in Okinawa to retire there. Thought it might be interesting for others, and since this thread already had the perfect title I thought it best to post here. Might be interesting for other people considering the same thing.
