well, actually I have got a problem with undersatanding Japanese .Can you tell me what do bikkuri shitayo,kotaerarenay, gomennasay mean?

bikkuri shita yo, means (depending on contextual setting) I was surprized.

kotaerarenai, means (ditto) I can't answer.

gomenasai, means I'm sorry.
