I am trying to locate my Japanese relatives I haven't seen or heard from since 1970. They lived in the Tokyo and Chiba ( Soga ) areas. I remember their names. Can anyone give me advice on how to find them. My two uncles are Toshio and Isamu Terada. Toshio worked for Komatsu and Isamu was a welder, I think. I believe Toshio lived in the Saitama area and Isamu lived outside of Soga. I think my aunt that was married to Toshio was named Setsko. They had a daughter, Aiyumi, and a son, Kenichi. Isamu had two daughters named Yoshia and Mitsko. Any help would be appreciated.
