Hey all just wonderin what ya think of the new RS:BA?? me i love it for live..

I actually just got Raven Shield for X-Box, so I am playing through that one. I can't do LIVE because, while I have a year subscription, I don't have the $30 to replace the voice module that my dog destroyed. If I learned anything from Pandora Tomorrow, people are generally feminine hygeine bags (Sorry, I wanted to edit it a liitle, but you can understand the meaning I hope.) when beaten 10-0 by someone with no mic.

I did find a copy of RS for PS2 for $10 at Blockbuster used so I could play my friends on that. Not bad, but the X-BOX pulls the game off much better.

So far, on the Box, my favourite weapon is definitely the HK G36C.

hey i think i might have played you on splinter cell PT your tag looks familiar. But yes i think the xbox does pull it off better cause 1. the last half of the lvl doesnt have to load 2. xbox version has doors 3. xbox has better graphics

favorite weapon Tar-21

Well, I think that on certain games, yes, the X-Box is the only way to go. It is sad that the PS2 version of R6-3 wasn't more polished. It's a good attempt, but I could have done without fancier lighting in favour of more solid textures and what not.

I have the X-Box version anyway, so it doesn't phase me in the least

I can think of several instances where there is virtually no difference between the X-Box and PS2 versions. Most noteably Psi-Ops and Freedom Fighters.

But, each system has it strengths.

Favourite weapon - HK G36C.

ya i know what ya mean. All systems do have their strengths and weaknesses like the ps2 has a killer library of games compared to the x-box or even the gamecube. also the ps2 online doesnt cost ya a fee but the xbox has a killer online service. Great games coming out like halo 2, fable, doom 3 ect. and in some cases better graphics
the gamecube is cool for playing those old school game remakes like zelda metroid and mario

"Don't want to be a trouble, may I ask is it a online game? like Lineage II which requires you to pay each month for the server?"ask little Mackie ^^

Well, it depends on what system you buy R6 for. If you get the game for PS2, then no, you don't have to 'pay to play'. If you get the game for the X-Box, then you have to have an X-Box live account to play. It's not too expensive to get though, I think it goes for $69 for the year of live, a game and a mic. Not a bad deal, actually. You can try using xboxconnect to avoid the live service altogether, I don't know if it will work with R6, but it does work quite well with the original HALO.

Hope this helps,

ya its actually now 50$$ a year for the xbox live service plus xbox live upgraded to 3.0 the RB6:BA actually uses this so you can send voice messages to other ppl in games get clan matches set up and it has a very good clan ranking system i personally if you were to get the game go with xbox and xbox live
