Hi. I am assuming that quite a few members here actually live in Japan, so I am interested in the responses this will get. Puroresu literally means Pro Wrestling in Japanese, and I keep a firm interest in Puroresu. Now before you think differently, Japanese Pro Wrestling is very different to it's American equivalent. The fighters do hit each other, and the emphasis is far more on match quality than silly storylines etc. I wondered if anyone here has an interest in it already, and am very interested in how big it is in Japan, to the average person. The business is slowly dieing due to the rocket in papularity of shoot fighting in Japan, namely K-1 and Pride. My interest is in New Japan Pro Wrestling.
