problems with other forums

I have done a huge search of other japanese forums and I found that the popular search engine "goo" has a fourm. I tried to sign up but it seemed to only accept people who live in Japan. I entered my postal code and since I did not have a Japanese postal code, I had difficulties. Anyone else have simular experiences?

Haven't tried myself. But when it asks for a postal code why not type in "228". That was my postal code when I lived in Japan. Who knows. It may just let you in.
