Not the Yakult drink, but the type you would buy from a pharmacy. If so, what are the most common, easy-to-find brands? Thanks for you time, wqrnbw

I don't know what you usually take, but tell the pharmacist what you usually take, esp., composition and dosage. A brand, The Guard by Kowa contains (per 9 tablets): 30mg of lactic acid 10mg Nattokinase http://www.the-guard.jp/ Click to expand... Don't worry the tablet does not smell bad even containing nattokinase. Yogurt based on vegetable-oriented lactic acid is popular now here. Labre http://www.kagome.co.jp/labre/ Click to expand...
