While the stipulations have not been significantly altered, they have been laid out in more detail, particularly in regard to cookie usage and "Private Conversations" (PCs). In light of the impending EU regulation on General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and upcoming U.S. regulation on banned content (SESTA/FOSTA) do expect more changes to come shortly.
