News Princess Kako turns 31

Princess Kako (Princess Kako of Akishino 佳子内親王 Kako Naishinnō), sister of Mako, turned 31 yesterday. I'm not really into royalty, but the videos released by the Imperial Household Agency on such occasions are just too funny.

Here is Kako, naturally endearing, a little awkward and stiff, but genuinely charming.
