i heard about an "gag" of the microsoft windows editor. if make a new txt file and write "this program can break" and then you save the file as "bug.txt" on the desktop the editor shows something strange. i tried that and my editor showed that:"桴獩瀠潲牧浡挠湡戠敲歡" what does it mean?

yes it is.. a friend of mine without chinese charset on his computer told me, that the editor shows many "strange" letters. on my windows it shows this chinese characters. but what do they mean?
