Please read skeleton scroll signature

The signature on this scroll with skeletons at kinkishoga and more appears in the painting and on the outside, rolled up.
There are quite many painters with the family name of 山崎 but I could not find any with a first name even resembling the given characters. The seals are rather complicated. Too much to be helpfull ?

For an extra it would be nice to know what the short text says.
