Please help me!!!

Salam and hello everyone!
I am from Pakistan my husband is a Japanese national. We have one daughter, but few months ago it came into my knowledge that my husband is already married in Japan and deceiving me. He promised me that he will come back to pakistan when our daugter will born but now he is making lame excuses but when i knew this and talked to him, he threatened me that don't tell anybody otherwise I will never come back to Pakistan and now he is not making any contact with me. I will commit suicide I can not bring up my daughter alone. . He is giving me mentally tortures I request you to please help me or atleast tell me where and who should I write about him so that he could come back to Pakistan.

I'm sorry to hear your story.
Since he's already married in Japan, I have doubt if there's any way to make him come back to Pakistan to live with you, though...

Don't even think about killing yourself, you're not alone now, you are with your baby.

You wrote that he's your "husband", is your marriage registered legally/officially in Pakistan? Then at least you should be able to take a legal action.
I have no knowledge of laws in Pakistan, but I assume you are able to demand his duty and responsibility as a husband/father under Pakistan laws.
Why don't you contact Embassy of Japan in Pakistan for advice?

Thanks to you too Undrentide, I have already mailed to japan Embassy in Pakistan but didn't get any reply so far

I would appreciate if any of you could translate my scenario in Japenese so that i could write to immigeration in Japan.
I would be grateful to you

When I went to Australia a few months back for work, I called a toll free number for an Australian company and was talking to a guy in India. Maybe it is the same thing?

See guys…If I am posing this stuff up here on website it must have some reason… right? otherwise what do you think why I'm writing this all ? am I harming any of you ??? What I am asking is just to direct me to the right way, if you can't do that it's fine, just say NO... but don't think I am making this up, as doing so is not gonna benefit me in any way.

This thread reminds me of the saying.......

" no good deed goes unpunished ". Pakistan made the mistake of trying to help her friend using "first person" , putting herself in her friends shoes. Perhaps she should have said in her first post that she is in Canada now and her friend is in Pakistan and it was the friend in trouble and not her. I say give her the benefit of the doubt, she is trying to help her friend.
If you have an idea that can help her, post away. If you want to throw stones, go out in your backyard and go to it. I feel going through the Pakistan court system is her best bet, but will probably only work if the man returns to Pakistan. Over the years , other posts have made it sound like Japanese laws always favor the Japanese citizens over non-citizens. This case sounds pretty complicated and probably take a good lawyer to figure it all out.

I hope your friend resolves her issue, was her husband working in Pakistan? I am of Pakistan descent but born and bred in the UK. I have visited Pakistan several times and have to say that trying to get anything done on a official government capacity is very difficult, especially for a woman.

I just hope the Japan Embassy deal with her properly. Having said that, you cannot force someone to stay with you. It's very sad, I cannot live without my two little girls for even one day. It is near impossible for a single mother to bring up a child in Pakistan so I understand her plight.

Does your friend have any way at all of contacting her husband?

The people making jokes here about suicide should be ashamed of themselves. It's no joking matter at all when people start thinking like this.

Also, it is highly possible that she has to use a proxy server to access certain sites from Pakistan which could show her ip address as Canada.

I say, give her the benefit of the doubt.

As for how to solve her problem, I am not sure. Maybe try try to get the message to his family somehow? I'm not sure if this will help you, but the man does not deserve and respect if he has treated you so badly. Perhaps you could ask them for atleast financial support?

It must be tough in Pakistan being a young single mother, but no matter how you feel now, you will have happy times again in the future, and suicide is NEVER the answer. It ruins the lives of all who are close to you aswell.

Be strong and try to stay positive!
