Park H. or Shibuya Tokyu or La Soeur Ginza

Hello, Im traveling thru Tokyo for the first time! I will be there 4 days in November. I have narrowed my hotel search to 3 properties in my budget. Which would you recommend based on the rate? Park Hotel (shiodome) $145, Shibuya Tokyu Inn $120, or Monterey La Soeur $120.
This being my first time, I want to be near as many places as possible with easy location (as can be in Japan!). I am young and single, and will mainly be there to eat Japanese food and lots of drinking and bars/clubs.

I'm not familiar with any of the hotels on your list but I would recommend staying in Shibuya for all the action. And its also closer to Shinjuku and Harujuku which I think you would also like.

Yeah, if you can get anywhere near harajuku on a sunday, you will enjoy yourself
