Osaka School of Culinary arts

Hello!
Me and my friend are studying culinary arts at orebro university in sweden. We are now planning a semester abroad. And we do both have a big intresst in japan and the culture. Searching the www and also after some information from japanese friends we got tiped about Osaka. unfourtunatley their web page is only in japanese.
My question as follows is simple: Is it possible for gaijins to study at this school or maybe another one in Japan.

Tsuji culinary schools are famous in Japan, and they accept non-Japanese students. But it seems they accept the 2-year full time student and probably basic Japanese skill is required. Contact them for more info.
