orange flavored plastic toy?

I'm going to sound pretty stupid trying to explain what I am talking about, but here it goes.

My friend in Japan introduced me to some sort of plastic, cigarette-like light-yellow tube where, if you suck on it, it has this orangy flavored air. Nothing comes out of it, just the air. It is pretty far from a cigarette...more like a toy. I tried and liked it, so I am wanting to buy some when I go to Japan this fall.

I have googled it, and all I have gotten is cigarette candy, whistle candy, and Japanese brand cigarettes etc.

If anyone knows what this, please tell me what they are called.
