We seek a part-time Operations Liaison to help streamline our business operations in-line with our new strategic direction in the United States. In this role, the Operations Liaison will be expected to do the following: (i) coordinate business activities by liaising with customers; (ii) build and maintain new and existing business relationships; (iii) facilitate communication with customers; and the main goal is to deliver a positive customer experience.

Location: United States (95% remote)
Work Hours: 8-10 hours per week
Remuneration:
Individual:
$4,500 monthly salary; plus 6% management fee; and $12,000 annual bonus.
Business Application:
$7,000 monthly salary; plus 10% management fee; and $20,000 annual bonu
s.
Duties:
i. Facilitate communication with customers;
ii. Manage new and existing business relationships;
iii. Coordinate business activities with customers and vendors;
iv. Maintain and provide accurate record of activities;
v. Liaise with customers and other entities in the United States;
vi. Business and other advisory duties.
