The 2nd sentence is incomplete. ;-)

Anata wa [ ] desu ka?
Iie, [ ] dewa arimasen.

can you maybe tell me what every word in the second sentence means?
because as far as i know "arimasen" means that it doesn't excist
or am i getting crazy?

Haha, I can understand your confusion.

It is sure "arimasen" alone means "does not exist".
But it also works as a part of "not + be-verb".

Arimasen is a polite form of "nai".
Both nai/arimasen means "am/is/are not" when used with "~dewa".
