Network Engineer in Japan? SBI Bits?

I am currently looking at searching for work opportunities in Japan as a Network Engineer.

If anybody has experience working in the IT industry specific to network infra please give me your experiences/opinion about the following:

IT/network engineer working condition in Japan?
Salary range for Network Engineers?

And anybody heard about SBI Bits, the newly formed IT group of SBI holdings? Is it any good?
