anybody please translate this tag instruction on garment in English

Can you post an image with much higher resolution? It's too small and I cannot make out what is written at all.

Roughly, "Tanning oil, chlorine in pool, seawater salinity, bleach, detergent, or using washing machine, spin-dryer, dryer, iron, hair-dryer may harm the fabric, so wash by hand with water at temperatures below 30 degrees C and dry naturally in the shade."

Thank you for reply. i am going to attempt post again with larger image

file is in window photo viewer and zoom image is available but not work when post here as image. as copy url image.
