Dear native English speakers,
I have a little question.
Which would be used, (a) or (b)?
(a) He is the most polite boy (who/that) I have ever met.
(b) He is the politest boy (who/that) I have ever met.

Would "seen" be possible instead of "met"?
(c) He is the most polite boy (who/that) I have ever seen.
(d) He is the politest boy (who/that) I have ever seen.

Ending the sentences with "have ever known" is somewhat more natural than either of the ending variations you provided. (But your endings are acceptable, too.)
