The cooler weather of Autumn has set in on us here, in ole Shinano (Nagano) and it brings with it a sense of let-down. The warmer and livelier days of Summer have gone south, the greens are all slowly fading, and Halloween decorations are in full bloom--even in the heart of this old castle town....wow...the mixes of Japan.
