A friend of mine post this... I barely understand what means, well, the ecchi part is very cleary, I´ve never heard "watashito", and I know shitai"... So, anyone can explain me what this mean?...

watashi and to are two different words.
In case the to here is used as conditional it could be:
If me, Do you want to do sex? / Si conmigo, quieres hacer sexo?

The conditional "to" is ALWAYS put right after the present tense verb/auxiliary verb/adjective. That's the particle meaning "with", as undrentide-san wrote.
