Master in Animation

Hi, hajimemashite...im new and this is my first post..hehe..as a new member here, i would like to ask about how to apply master courses...i choose this daigaku...TOKYO GEIJUTSU DAIGAKU | FILM AND NEW MEDIA | DEPARTMENT OF ANIMATION

can anyone tell me what steps to apply for Master? what syllabus in it? please..i need to know..huhuhu..>.<

is it easy for applying Monbusho fro master?because last year i tried for undergraduate but i failed just because my age is over 22.huhuhu..please anyone...onegai shimasu!!☝
