A new site called Language On Track is currently accepting alpha testers for an initial round of testing.

One of the site's major themes is setting personal goals related to foreign language studying, and sharing those goals between other users.

[Note to admins: I saw in the terms and conditions that advertisements were allowed but only in a certain forum, but I could not find a forum which specifically said I could advertise in it so I chose this one. This is a non-commercial site which is a learning tool so I hope this is an appropriate post. If not please let me know which forum I can move it to. Thanks!]
