Wanted Looking for a tutor (paid)

I'm looking for a tutor to help me learn Japanese online. I'd like someone who is very advanced or better yet perfectly bilingual. Would anyone be interested? If not, could someone refer someone?

I'm not the best teacher, but if you would like, i can give you some resources to help you learn japanese. i can help a bit, But I am at the beginning still. I can teach you what i know, and give you some resources (GOOD resources). I can also help you memorize with flash cards.
