Looking for a Job Opportunity in Japan

Hello everyone, may i ask? Is there a way to work in japan even if i am a vocational undergraduate of computer technician? i am 23 years old single and to tell the truth i learned just a few of my vocational course because i dropped out in school, i don't have a choice but to dropped out cause i don't have enough money to paid my tuition so now i'm looking for a job opportunity in japan, don't you think someone will hired me? i am willing to work in any kinds of fields, even if it is a house painter, a carpenter, garbage collector, waiter, washer or something like that. But i have some other skills like, i know how to speak a little japanese language i mean just a conversational level because i have a japanese books guide so i think i can communicate with them in a conversational level and i can also read japanese hiragana, katakana and a little kanji character about 30 to 50 character or kaniji words and i also know a little about internet promotion like blogging promotion etc; and i also know about the basic microsoft word like formatting etc; and now i'm also trying to achieve or study about computer programming language like the c++ and putting it to a compiler if i will achieve/be confident in c++ computer programming language my next goal would be other computer languages like java, programming in c and other computer languages.
So i hope someone will read this and sponsor me or help me find a company to work for, so hope someone will reply... tnx a lot...

You have no college degree and are from the Philippines. No work visa for you.
No working holiday visa, either.
To get a work visa, you need either a college degree or many years of related job experience.

So, your options in order to work are as follows:

student visa (work PT with special permission)
cultural activities visa (work PT with special permission)
intracompany transfer visa (work FT, but you must have worked at least a year in your home country for the company that is willing to send you here to their branch office)
internship/trainee visa (little to no pay, short-term work)

If you can't meet the qualifications for those visas, then you would have to be married to a non-Japanese who has a proper visa so that you can get a dependent visa (and work PT), or you would have to be married to a Japanese to get a spouse visa (and be able to work FT, but only for employers who think you are qualified despite lacking a degree).

You're not in a good situation. Being sincere and desperate will not get you work legally here. IT work is hard to come by. If English is needed, J companies tend to hire Indians, BTW.

thank you for your good advice, so i think my options would be find a japanese woman who wants to get married with a filipino/with me to have a visa. My next question to myself? where can i find them? how can i find them? can i find them here? if you have any idea, just post it here, anyone of them who wants to get a serious relationship i can give it to them. For me, age doesn't matter so even if they are older than me or 40s i can still love them, as long as she is single, divorced woman, single parent or something like that, for me it doesn't matter, because i love japan so much...

If you really like Japan, forget about getting married to a Japanese national for the sake of a spouse visa.

Unemployment is a serious problem for Japanese people here, so you need something (skill, knowledge, etc.) that makes employer feel like to employ you rather than the Japanese people to get a job.
Speaking a little bit of Japanese does not really help - why don't you save up and come to Japan and go to school to learn Japanese language instead? You can experience a life in Japan and you can get permission for part time job, then you'll able to see if Japan is really a good place for you to work.

Immigration is tightening up on people getting married only for a spousal visa. I'd have to agree with undrentide in saying that you shouldn't go that route. A "serious relationship" is not something you seek with a posting on an anonymous discussion forum.

Student visa

If you are serious about Japan, I would suggest you to invest some money (and time) for an intensive Japanese Language course in Japan.

If you study for at least 6 months, you will get a student VISA, you can work part time legally (28 hours a week) and you will sensibly improve your Japanese level which will open a lot of more opportunities in the future.

Jayvan, are you serious? I mean really? Your going to try and find a Japanese woman to marry just to get a visa? Who does that? This has to be a joke, with the unemployment in Japan and people struggling to find a job you think that an uneducated "conversational" speaking foreigner from any country is going to waltz in and get a job? Why don't you try Australia instead, they are looking for labor workers.
