The house is located in 5 minute walk from Sasazuka station in central Tokyo and 15-20 minutes away from Shinjuku, Shubuya and Shimokitazawa.

The room is available from July for JPY57,000 including all bills + monthly cleaning fee.

No deposit / no upfront fee (礼金)

There are currently two friendly and respectful tenants in the house.
