Have you tried the various types of obento at different train stations? I have tried only a few but the one on Shinkansen (Nagoya to Kyoto) is simply a work of art! very eye pleasing and beautiful
What do you think of them and your opinion on them..
This is the most expensive ekiben ever, at Tobu Nikko station: ﾂ･100,000.
It rather looks like, "buy near-$1000 fine lacquerware and get a free lunch" deal though.
