Least earthquake prone towns/city?

Title says it all really. I want to know if anyone knows what cities or towns has recieved the least amount of earthquakes or a better way to put it is what cities/towns has had the least fatalities from earthquakes?

Any useful posts would be greatly appreciated

Japan sits on a fault line, so you can't completely escape the earthquakes. Even if there hasn't been a major earthquake in a city it doesn't mean that it couldn't happen.
