.... AHHH i wish kamijo would have established an international fleur =*( i want that dvd box set!!! AHHH 3 DVDS?! AHHH seriously!!! it should be.. 4 concerts... back to back =D and some... live footages of their daily lives... including a visit from your favorite member at that price -_- gah... it's so expensive... geez... how much is that in dollars?? HAHAAHHA okay -_- so during summer... the currency was 33 yen to a dollar??? am i doing this wrong? because im coming out with $606... i seriously... SERIOUSLY hope im wrong... because 20000 yen is a lot just like that... but i didn't think it would be more than 200 bucks... =*( this is when i wish... i was the daughter of some... RICH RICH family...

nekkyo: sorry =( there is no way i can go to the 12012 concert =( AHHH somehow... take me with you in spirit =P

pixy and nekkyo - I wish I lived closer to Houston so I could drive over and hang out with you guys!

kaine - 33 yen to a dollar is insanely low. The average lately is 110-115 yen to 1 dollar. A good way to estimate the price is to just take off two zeros from the yen price. So 20,000 yen is about $200.

I wish they'd stop the fan club only releases. I wonder if it's cheaper for them to release things that way (certainly, they have to print less of them) or if there's another reason for it.

hehe okay... so 200 bucks... still -_- pretty expensive =( but seriously... i could give it some thought if they would have stopped doing the fanclub release =( why only fanclub release =*( doesnt that kinda... not get them OUT THERE??? dont bands wanna be well known?? WHY KAMIJO WHY?!!

As for funding for the international fan club, I think it'd be able to fund itself with just having international fans buying exclusive merchandise they wouldn't be able to get otherwise... Or at least it would provide a decent amount to cover online hosting fees. I seriously can't see why there isn't an international FC already. I think the hardest part would just be translating everything. I'm sure Kamijo could find a decent translator. I wouldn't mind if it wasn't perfect English, so long as it wasn't in kanji. -_-;

any one got any news on the new drummer? it's been a while since kazumi left and i really hope they find a new drummer soon and carry on.

i was in tokyo for about 2 weeks during the summer and i couldn't find winter romantic in every big or indies CD store i stepped in. it really pissed me off haha.

hahahah dude -_- its impossible to find any lareine stuff in tokyo -_- i went to like... a million big mega cd store there and everyone was like... nope none... =( see -_- its a big problem... KAMIJO!!! WHY DON"T YOU MAKE MORE COPIES!!!

that's not exactly true....i found alot of copies of Etude and Etude platinum white and Never Cage.... sakura/setsurenshi singles can also be found.....a few copies of Scream at second hand stores...i even found the new sodmy jealousy single that had the original romantic season and refrain (i can't get the new vers so i bought the old vers to make myself feel better). but damn it why is winter romantic all sold out

do u know if it's still possible to get it online?

!? are you serious?! when I went... i couldn't find ANY lareine stuff... i even went to ask the guy and he was like... "no more" sigh -_- but man... haha good job =) and new sodmy?! i dont believe it!!! i need to go to that place you went to -_-

um... i know taht cdjapan doesnt have it anymore... hm... thats the only site i buy my jrock stuff from... so i cant help ya =( sorry

Kaine, you went to the wrong places. The big mega CD shops in Tokyo don't carry any visual kei music beyond the very biggest major label artists. ^^; There's a Tsutaya in Yokohama with a VK section, and they carry some indies artists (including Lareine), but I've never seen a big CD shop in Tokyo which could beat that selection. All the visual kei fans in Tokyo go to small independent specialty shops like Brand X or Like an Edison. These stores are generally tucked away on little side streets where you won't stumble across them accidentally; you'd need a map or a local friend to find them.

daki, have you tried Third Stage for "Winter Romantic"? They sell both new and used items. If they don't have what you're looking for right now, they'll probably get it eventually as Japanese fans go broke/lose interest and sell their collections. It's worth checking their stock periodically.

oh talking about Hakuchou how many versions is there of the song??
cause I notice the lillie charlotte book cd has a song called Hakuchou too are they the same?? different??

There are two Hakuchous, one of which has two versions. The names are the same in romaji, but the kanji and meaning is different and it's easy to tell them apart in Japanese.

The one in Lillie Charlotte is ﾂ「窶昶?吮?卍ｹﾂ〜docileﾂ〜ﾂ」, which means "swan". (literally, it's "white bird") It's the instrumental piece with a woman speaking French that Kamijo used as his intro at Fanime.

The single is ﾂ「窶昶?吮?卍ｱﾂ」, or "white butterfly". It's a ballad with a piano arrangement. The second press of this single, the 40-copy one that Third Stage sold out of, has a live version of it that was recorded at the Kamijo/Emiru mini-live in August.

A funny story... when Kamijo was getting ready to sing that song at that mini-live, he had Emiru introduce it. Emiru did it by holding up a sign that said ﾂ「窶昶?吮?卍ｹﾂ」("swan"). The expression on Kamijo's face as he pointed out, "You wrote 'bird'..." was priceless. XD (I don't know if it was a joke or an accident ^^)

i went to like an edison and brand x in tokyo and tahts where i found most of the stuff i talked about. some bigger CD shops have the newer singles. i was gonna go to 3rd stage but i ran out of time. do 3rd stage accpet internet orders?

Third Stage does still have Winter Romantic. (They also have Crystal Letos and Never Cage right now, too!)

They do take internet orders! You have to pay with an international money order in US dollars or send Japanese yen, though. They don't take credit cards yet.

Third Stage also carries a lot of older non-Japanese bands, too. My last order from there was the last 2 Dogs D'Amour CDs I needed to finish replacing my records. It was actually cheaper to order from Japan than to get them from the US or England.

darn, should've squeeze out some time to go to 3rd stage, too bad my time in tokyo was kindda rush with the shopping list that i had.

It says on JaME that they are putting activity on "indefinite hold" starting from January, and have not heard from Mayu since July.

I feel so sad, and sorry for Mayu too. I can't even begin to imagine what he must be feeling to do this...
