So here in San Francisco, the only station that airs shows from Japan and other countries airs a half hour infommercial for Ryokko Aojiru. I've seen a few episodes and curiosity got the better of me, so I'm just curious if this is a popular product in Japan, and if so. has anyone tried it. It looks like it'd taste like grass. Buuuuut, I could be wrong.

Thanks.

I'm suspicious of anything they have to advertise like that. Though the ads are often pretty entertaining. If no one's tried it, maybe a trip to Mitsuwa (in San Jose) will turn up a knockoff product. I keep meaning to go over there for various things.

I've tried wheatgrass drinks a couple times, and ... yuck! But they weren't Japanese. :p

Randomly, I'm so sad they got rid of J-Pop TV on Sundays. boo.

Yeah, I liked J-Pop too. Mitsuwa, I'll have to check it out. Thanks 🙇‍♂️

I've tried it, and it tastes just like green tea. Seems to provide "regularity" as well...
