kudasai (ways to use it)

Hi,

sometimes I show people the way to a table to a part of the room while walking them to...i usually go something like: "this way please, let me show you the way..etc"

can I just say: "kochira kudasai" or "kudasay" while pointing with my arms the direction?

Also, can I use "kudasay" to say, "yes please go ahead!" I mean ppl sometimes ask to just look around...can I just say: "hai, kudasai"

No, you cannot use "kudasai" in that way, because "kudasai" means "please give".
You cannot apply it to all the "please" in English.

This way please: kochira desu. or (as leading the customers) kochira ni douzo.

As mentioned, you cannot use "kudasai (please give)" in the same way "please" in English.
The closest Japanese word in this particular situation (to give customers your permission) is "douzo".
e.g.
Customer: "May I ~~~~?"
You: "hai, douzo".

It's fine in this situation, too. And could also sound like "Please come here." An invitation to do something through you or your service. :?
