watashi no namae wa heidi desu.
and i'm quite bashful when it comes to posting introductions. it also seems strange to try out typing out some of the bit of japanese i've learned so far. it seems far easier to learn to speak than it is to learn to write.
i'm telling everyone that i'm learning japanese so i can get along when i travel, but that's not entirely the case. i'm a huge anime addict and i want to understand all of my favourites better. and, naturally, it's nice to have hundreds of hours of dialogue to listen to while i learn.
anyway. looking forward to browsing through the message boards.
