Just a couple of questions!

Hello! Just a couple of questions from a past paper, hope I'm doing this right!
(This isn't a homework help thing - just my teacher is ill from university and I can't ask her any questions about it)
1. 英語をべんきょう（）のに、じょうずになりません
I am given these options to put in:
（a）する
（ｂ）している
（ｃ）して
Would the answer here be b?
2. この週末は、雨が（）、ピクニックに行きません。
（a）ふっても
（ｂ）ふると
（ｃ）ふれば
95% sure the answer here is c - but just to check!
3. へやのでんきがついて（）。
（a）おきます
（ｂ）あります
（ｃ）みます
This one I'm really stuck on. If tsuku is intransitive, I don't think I can say b, because te + arimasu insinuates something someone has done. Okimasu doesn't seem to work, because of the same sort of reason... mimasu could be right (as in the light was tried to be put on) but again it's intransitive and it doesn't seem to work.... really really stuck here.
さびしいとき、友だちに（）うれしかったです。
( a ）こられて
（ｂ）こさせて
（ｃ）きてもらって
Could it be b? When I (was) lonely, my friend came and made me happy. Oh wait no, because of the ni...
Maybe c then? (Can't see it being a, the passive/potential!)
たけしさんは、あかちゃんに（）こまっています。
（a）なかされて
（ｂ）なかせて
（ｃ）なかれて
I want to say c for this. Seems like the passive to me rather than the causative or causative-passive.
いじめられ（）、学校をやすみます。
（a）たら
（ｂ）ると
（ｃ）ても
I'm hoping this is c, unless I'm drastically misunderstanding!

Correct answer is "none of the above". Who made the question? A Japanese-learner?
いる or います would be the answer.

Nope. Only C would fit. Good question, too.

It is A.
C is not possible because it will make the sentence mean "Even if I get bullied, I will skip school."

HAHA my teacher who is a japanese native made it! Uhh... is there absolutely no way any of them would be right? If you could hazard a response, what would it be? I seriously feel the same but as a japanese learner, I can't just argue this question with her... the other day I copied out a letter word for word from a japanese textbook and she still marked it as having lots of mistakes and not being a first grade mark...

No way I would change my answer when it is correct. I could not lie to you just to please your teacher, either. If she could take the time to read the question out loud, she would realize that she made a mistake. People do make these mistakes if they just write the questions silently.

I repeat, none of the three choices fit in any way that makes sense.

Thank you so much. I have forwarded her concerns to her as there was a question in my previous exam which I was confused over but I just guessed an answer instead of querying it. It's annoying as each question is worth 2% of the paper - which means everything between getting a first or getting a 2.1. Thanks for taking the time to reply to this!
