While admiring Mana's musical ability with both Malice Mizer and Moi dix Mois, I never used to be what you might call that keen on him... (perhaps just a leeeetle on the feminine side for my - admittedly het - tastes, lol) but recently I have found him strangely alluring... I have no idea why...

So that's why Mana has ended up in my cellar... along with Die in his overalls...

well... for starters, he's gorgeous... but, then that's not really part of his genious...
i guyss... i like his makeup the best in the band... Izumi definatly has the greatest hair, but... other than that, Shin rules, lol.
actually do my eye makeup like him.... because it's so cool! lol

ok... now the serious stuff.....
this man... i admire most of all... he reminds me a good deal of my bet frind, whom i have nothing but the upmost respect for, so.. i guess that kinda helps his case...

he auditioned to be in the band... but... him and Akiya play like they were born to play together... it's amazing... and although he may om across as... the 'outcast' from the group... it's only because... i think he;s a little anti-social in reality... i don't think he like the publicity all so much...
but the man lives and breathes for music...
he even descibes his own bedroom as a music studio, lol.

i recently downloaded a clip from the San recording (their new album which i pre-ordered yesterday ) and... there's no technicall guy there.... there's Shin.
now, o know, a LOT of band's do their own recoding and stuff... but... he was their doing sound checks on all the equipment, monitoring all the sound balences and stuff... i'm not too up with the proces of recording having only ever been on the other side of the mic, and never taken active part in the proces, but... ther was just him.... and he was doing it all... and... to me that just oulines ho great this man is.

when he plays.. it's amazing... he's not the lead guitarist.... he doen's write all the music... but, their earlier stuff was a joint effort in the music writting, and.... some of his riffs are pure genious!
you listen to Yousai or Hyakki yakou... and tell those aren't just brillience sumed up, lol...

well... ok, so, bet some smart *** is gunna come along and say it isn't... but.... to me it is, and that's what this threads about... talking about the people you love, and why you love them ^.^

Yeah, and I remembered reading somewhere that Mana watches cooking programmes... although that doesn't mean he cooks necessarily... my friend likes watching cooking programmes but he hates cooking but likes eating... so maybe it's just some kind of weird obsession he has...

see.... my confusion come from the fact that... my friend told me she was getting a seven string.... now, with her being a bassist, i thought she ment a seven string bass.....
she then goes on to say, Akiya plays a seven string.....
it didn't really sink in at the time... btu, what with him being a great guitarist, i figuered it was natural for him to be able to play bass too....

of cause.... she wasn't talking about bass... she was talking about guitar.....
